USCIS can't provide information

Okay so my stuff had expired and I just kinda of never bothered to renew

So I filled on February 15 bio was March 17 I went on March 12

So this is what happened, I was able to check my status on line and it just kept saying the showing thing, we received your application, for waded to Nebraska and sent you instructions. If you don't receive any letter by March 19 call customer service.

Okay here is the thing, I had moved on March 5 and just decided to keep the shipping address the same but then the old shipping address was at my roommate whom our time was just not coordinating when I needed to check the mail. She works at night I in the day and they was only one key and it was just inconveniencing having to wait for Her so I changed the shipping address on Friday of march 27.

Checked on Monday same thing, checked on Tuesday some thing and now I check tonight and it's saying that
At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the ncsc 1800 3755283 for additional information

Now they are closed so I will call tomorrow and update

How the hell do you let this happen?
