I got my renewal before my current one expires, and my current job never asked me for a new ead. I just wonder if anyone has been able to continue working after their ead expired without the employer asking for new ead.

Why wonder? You got yours before it expired, move on.

I'm sure those work places that don't do e-verify don't care.

I am just thinking about if I couldn't renew next time, should I tell them or just ignore, and if they get any notification if I continued working after dad expired. If SSN doesn't match, the employer gets notification, but I just don't know if they get notification about expired ead when they don't do everify.
