I am sorry, you are correct. It is in July not in June.

Asusual, playing with people's lives... there's absolutely no reason why this hearing couldn't be officiated sooner.

This isn't about the people that qualify for DACA Expansion. It is a political game.

I assure you they have many other cases and the outcomes of those decisions matter greatly to those involved.

That's been the whole point of this process. The Republicans have a bad case and, in their bubble, are hoping to run out the clock on Obama before it takes effect. Little do they seem to understand that spouting racist rhetoric about how immigration reform is intended to create a non-white voting bloc--a la Steve King's recent contention that Civil Rights benefited the Dem's and not the Repub's--or finally admitting that they never wanted any immigration to happen--legally or illegally as Sessions and his new toady Walker have been making clear--can only ensure they lose the next election.

Hopefully everything will come through in the end and we can get the last laugh on them.

I think they fully know how this will hurt them long term but as usual, they won't be around by the time this comes back around full circle to bite them in the butt. And part of them is counting on the stupidity of many immigrants who will forget what the Republicans did to them.
