DACA Advance Parole Issue's

Hello All,

Need some advice.

It is an urgent issue. My brother was in very bad accident. I need to travel to Pakistan as soon as possible. I have DACA and want to apply for Advance parole. So i have few questions!

1. Can I go to a field office to get the Advance Parole? Will they issue it the same day?
2. Do I need proof? What kind proof? His medical reports or a doctor explaining the issue?

1. You can't go to a field office and get the AP same day unfortunately.

2. You need proof (doctor's letter, accident report from police, etc) and apply for Advance Parole and ask to be EXPEDITED. That might still take a month so do it asap. Once you have applied and they received your AP application, then you can call them and ask for more info on whether you can go to a field office and have them review it sooner.

how do you request to be expedited, and what does being expedited mean? cheers!
