Hi guys,

today I was informed at work that I have to travel to London for work purposes in November, and I am afraid.

I was wondering if anyone has traveled overseas while being under DACA and what were their experiences coming back to the States. What were you asked what did you have to show?

Many thanks.

Dude, a quick research on travel will get you so many clarifications, it's even on the first page of this sub-forum. Research.

Bottom line it's pretty easy and all you need is a letter from employer or proof of where you going for work and what you doing there. I went and came back with very little issue. I just applied for a 2nd trip.

Where did you go if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks.

Brazil. No trouble at the airport, just some minor confusion at the Brazilian airport because they did not know what an AP letter was in order to let me on a plane. Other than that, it was pretty smooth.

Thank you for all for your responses.

Now did any of you apply for AP through a lawyer? my mom is advising that we should and he charging $1,000.00.
Did you guys apply on your own?

Many thanks for your prompt responses.

If you don't have any immigration problems, i would highly consider to apply it on your own.

It's $360 for the fee and the application is very simple, just read the instructions and search the forums.
