Got DACA, NOW WHAT? For a business owner?

I tried to open up my business but because my Social has a restriction on it, well thats what the call it when it says " VALID TO WORK ONLY WITH " so I couldn't registered

I registered two businesses with my city and received business licenses for each one that I renew yearly and pay the business tax if applicable depending on the income generated. There was no friction. I live in San Jose, CA.

There's a thread somewhere in the forum where several DACA beneficiaries spoke about opening businesses.

as far as I know you are only allowed to open an LLC (not S-corp or C-Corp) while on a legal non-immigrant status.
