I got my advanced parole document approved on December 3rd and I'm currently waiting for the actual document to arrive in the mail. I'm starting to get really nervous about traveling to Mexico but reading all the successful stories helps a lot. Back in 2011, I had a car accident and I hit another vehicle. There was no damage to the driver or the vehicle, but I was arrested because I didn't have a license. The police officer never handcuffed on me or anything, but they did take my picture, fingerprints and searched my purse. I paid the $500 fine and was out of there within an hour. I received one ticket for the accident and another one for driving without a license. I have two court transcripts one for "driving too fast for conditions, or failure to red" with activity decision of "NOLLE PROS" and one with " no valid license/permit - never issued" activity decision "guilty plea, supervision."

I was wondering if this arrest will affect me when the cbp officer decides about my entry back into the country. I know it's a traffic violation and nothing too serious but I would really appreciate any help or advice!
