What does FBI background check show?

Does anyone know if it show us as illegal, DACA, or etc..?

i want to know this as well... i went thru background check for church for just regular child sex offender... but I was able to just continue to teach kids with it...

If it's an FBI check, it def shows but don't know... I went thru 2 background checks... one for job and one for church... nothing much from both...

It shows a summary of all crimes reported at the state and federal level that has a match to your fingerprints. When you are booked at a police station, they take fingerprints and pictures; once you've been convicted of a crime they forward your info to a nationwide registry or your fingerprints match an ongoing investigation

I'm just curious if the FBI background report shows our current immigration status. I would request the report for myself to find out but they are behind and it take weeks to receive the report.But I need to know if it shows asap.

It doesn't show immigration information. That information is can only be accessed by the interagency background systems maintained by the Department of Homeland Security

Does the DACA beneficiary get a copy of this report?

Also, is this the same type of check when going through the Green Card and/or USC process?

No. DACA beneficiaries do not get a copy of the FBI results. You can ask for your report directly from the FBI or FOIA. And they do the same checks before adjustment of status and naturalization
