Hi Guys,

Hope life with DACA has let you accomplish some of the dreams you have had. It that time again to start preparing to renew your DACA, I just started to get most of my paperwork ready. I should be sending my packet on March, 21 2016 lets see how smooth the process goes!!!

P.S. Regardless of who wins the presidential nomination I hope you all renew your DACA on time.

If you guys need a Date Calculator I will include one that was useful.

Thanks Undocumedia.org for this great tool!!!

My 150 days falls on a Sunday (8/20/16), so i guess Monday (8/21/16) it is. Anyways, you guys can alos use excel to figure out your renewal date.

Update: the calculator recommends Saturday (8/19/16).

Will USCIS have new forms for us like they did last time?

Thanks for sharing the link.

I received a letter from UCIS reminding me to renew. I can submit for a renewal as early as March 21st. This gives me a few weeks to prepare everything. I'll probably finish everything in one day and have it Fedexed on the 20th with next day shipping.

Do we have to reapply if we had our ead for 4years(regular 2years + renewal) or do we have to renew for the 2nd time? Or does it really matter?

They will also consider it even up to year after also. If not, new evidence have to be submitted as if you are applying all over again.
