Hey everybody it's been a long time since I have posted anything. I made a thread in the year of 2010 saying that I wanted to married my girlfriend at the time. Well 5 years later we got married, and this is how it all started. We had been dating since 2008 and then DACA came along and changed many lives and we are all blessed for getting it. I'm going to leave out all the cute parts out and tell you how the process went, I got married at the end of August 2015, in September 1st I left to Mexico to visit my grandma using the Advance Parole. On the 17th of September I came back to the United States through Texas on a plane. The process at the airport and immigration was so easy and they didn't give me a hard time. I applied for my residency on November 28th 2015 and went to biometrics and my last Immigration interview was on March 17, 2015. I was very nervous but I felt very good because everything was legit and I didn't have nothing to hide, and personally I feel like not only I am a good person, but a lot of us are. I just checked my Case Status and they said that my Conditional Residency card has been shipped out. I am very blessed and I have worked so hard for everything I have and what I have accomplished. I wish nothing but the best to all of us. Ya have any questions just post them

Congrats.
You said your last interview was on March 17, 2015, does that mean you had more than one interview? Did they ask you any perosnl questions or just general question about your spouse? Aslo did the whole process take approximately 5 moths? Do you know why they gave you conditional residency or is that the process for all newely weds

There was only one interview which was on the 17th, I'm sorry about the confusion,, they asked me all my basic information, my name and where we lived and where I work. They asked me how me met and how did I entered the US the last time. Pretty basic questions, and yes since we just got married it was a conditional Residency, but I believe that's for everybody who has been married for less than 3 years. Hope this information is helpful for you.

Cheers!
