So im in the process of submitting my Adjust Status and Petition for Alien Relative. I currently have daca and just came back from mexico with Advance Parole. Im a bit confuse i don't see any where on the forms asking me about sponsors or medical records or anything like that.

Am i missing something or doing something wrong here? trying to figure it out before i actually send the applications in.

Those are seperate forms you need to send along with your adjustment of status. Honestly I think you should hire an attorney.

Just noticed you asked another question on the forum. Again, hire an attorney. People here are great help. But it seems like you might benefit from an attorney.

As the posters above mentioned, the petition (I-130) and the green card application (I-485) aren't the only things you send in. You need to send in the medical record report (I-693) and you need it completed by a civil surgeon. You also need to send the (I-864) affidavit of support and have it filled out by the sponsor or a family member to show that they can support you financially in the case that you can't. They need to make a certain amount of money a year, so you need to find out. And you need to send (g-325) that deals with biographical information.

AOS Packet consists of the following:
I-130: Petition for alien relative, filled by your sponsor. ($420)
I-485: Adjustment of status, filled by you. ($1070)
I-693: Medical Exam for AOS, filled by a certified civil surgeon. He'll hand you it sealed. Do not open it. ($0)
I-864 or I-864EZ: Affidavit of support ($0)
Additional I-864 or I-864A must be used if your sponsor doesn't meet income requirements and instead you require another co-sponsor, or your sponsor wishes to use income of people in his household, respectively.
G-325A x2: Biographic information, one filed by you and one filed by your sponsoring spouse. You'll check: Status as permanent resident, your spouse will check other and write: "In support of I-130 for spouse". ($0 x2)

Optionally:
I-765: Employment authorization, filed by you. ($0)
Check box for permission to accept employment.
For question 11: Check yes, put down the office to grant you the last EAD you had and the date. Result - granted.
14: Parolee
15: Parolee/DACA/No lawful status (there really isn't any good answer here).
16: (c)(9)( )
I-131: Advance Parole, filed by you ($0)
