For anyone that has any information . Is there a way to get in state tuition in Florida with daca ? I don't qualify for the waiver since its been more than 24 months out of high school . I file independent status in taxes so my parents don't claim me . Thanks any info would be highly appreciated. I am looking to sign up at broward college for the paramedic program .

OP, I've found a few resources online that state that FL offers instate tuition to anyone that can provide the following:

Quote:
. How can an undocumented student proof he is a Florida resident to apply for in-state tuition? They must…
  • Have attended a secondary school in this state for 3 consecutive years immediately before graduating from a high school in this state;
  • Apply for enrollment in an institution of higher education within 24 months after high school graduation; and
  • Submit an official Florida high school transcript as evidence of attendance and graduation.
