DACA RENEWAL Date of Last Entry

Hi All,

My sister went out of US and returned with AP approved and it's her time for DACA renewal. In this case, under I-765 Date of Last Entry into the US should be the date she returned from AP?

And what about for Status of Last Entry?
Should it be Advance Parole?

Also, does she have to submit any AP related document in the renewal package?

I tried searching the forum but couldn't find any information regarding this..

Yes, the date of last entry on the I-765 will be the day she returned on AP.
Status: Parolee / Advance Parole
I'd include a copy of the AP notice just to be on the safe side. I don't think it's necessary however.

Thank you for the information Demise. I will let my sister know. Also under 821-D's travel information section, does she need to state this AP travel? and the reason for departure should be.. "Visited sick father" (she traveled to see sick dad) or.. Advance Parole?

It says to file early as possible since USCIS may ask for more information regarding AP.
I'm going to take your advice and include copy of AP and DHS stamp when my sister came back into the country to not confuse anyone at USCIS.
