Case Inquiry

I just received a response from my case inquiry after having no update for almost 2 months for my 2016 renewal.

The response indicated that I received emailed notices to access my online account. I never received it. They also stated that my address in my inquiry is different from that on my records. I just checked and they are exactly the same. I'm wondering if there was a mix up. Who do you all recommend I call to get this cleared up? I looked on the forum and there are various numbers, so I'm not sure. Thanks!

Yeah your bet is to call them and ask if you could "update it" explain it. Now, if what they are saying is true, then all you are going to get is a request for additional info
