I lost my work permit and the letters sent from USCIS saying i was approve.
Can i still apply for me renewal?

Yes you can. Do you know your alien #? You wouldn't happen to have a copy of any of your DACA papers?

I know my alien#.. and i do have copy of my first daca documents not my last renewal though...

You should be fine... if your not up for renewal, I would seek to get file another 765 to obtain another WP.
I would also recommend scanning and saving any and all documents relating to your immigration status to some sort of cloud storage... [and don't forget to encrypt that data].

USCIS seems to always request the most arbitrary dates you could imagine.
