It looks like F1 category is moving faster then before.

Anyone in the F1 category waiting for PD?

My mom recently become a US citizen which bumps me up from a f2b to a f1 category. I was planning to request they keep me in a f2b but now I'm reconsidering that. My PD is Aug 2010.

There's no deadline for deciding.

F4 has always been the slowest and if you are from one of those countries listed then it is even longer.

So one of your uncle/aunt USC sponsored your parents right?

Your PD is Aug 2010? That was 6 years ago! Why haven't you applied for AoS?

Right but her PD was Aug 2010. That is 6 years ago. Why not apply for Aos and get the GC?

I applied earlier this year for AOS before my mom became a citizen. I got rejected because I have a deportation order still standing and USCIS has no jurisdiction. It turns out I have to appear in front of a judge to have that administratively closed before I apply for AOS.
