Help! Can i renew my daca while i travel?

Hi, I have a question I want to apply for advanced parole for July 2017 to stay for two months ( so my kids can go with me and meet grandpa) To visit my father who's been diagnosed with skin cancer. I'm planning to apply for advanced parole in January. My DACA will expired on September 2017. when should i file for my renewal ?? Should I file after i summit my AP ? but would that complicate things since i have to report my leave with of AP in my renewal ?

I want to travel from July 2017 to August 2017.
My DACA will expire on September 2017 .
Can I file on April for my renewal. Or should I wait until I get back.

Yes, you can travel while your renewing your DACA ONLY is valid which it seems that it is.

But a month is cutting it too close. Travel from June to July instead JUST to be safe

File your DACA as early as possible. At least 150 days before expiration. You can apply for Advance parole since you're already covered under DACA. They will take into consideration that your expiration of your DACA is in September but will more than likely give you Advance Parole for the time you asked for
