Its alright to send it like 155 or 156 days before right? Thats what im trying to do to give me a couple extra days if i need it with all these delays

just asking if anyone has done this before because i think before there was a statement or something saying anything more than 150 days would be rejected.

That's right. There were instances where they returned the packet back because it wasn't within the timeframe.

Quite honestly, the worst thing that can happen is your packet being sent back to you. If I were you I'd send it out at a point where it's not too much. Maybe 160 days? 10 days can make a big difference

If i send it out today its 159 days. I was thinking like 155. They wouldnt reject for 5 days now would they?

Why risk it when you can wait for 5 more days to hit 150 to send it?

I sent the application around 148 days mark received a few days later and I just got approved last week.

And cuz of that my deferred action duration has decreased by almost a full month. (late Oct/16 exp. now renewed with late Sep/18 exp.)

I think that is expected though. Happened with me too. I was just wondering if anyone has done this because i seem to wait a long time for an approval and you never know those extra days could save me from losing my job
