Lol seriously?

Call them up and have you transferred to a tier2 officer then ask that officer to submit a service request. Don't ask the tier1 rep for a service request. Those reps are utterly useless and generic.

Go through the action steps recommended by NILC:

https://www.nilc.org/wp-content/uplo...is-delayed.pdf

The Ombudsman and InfoPass are useless, but you can give them a shot if you want to have all bases covered.

What I would recommend is to definitely call and have a T1/T2 rep put in a service request for you and contact the ILRC so they can flag your case.

https://ilrc.formstack.com/forms/daca_delay

They do seem to be processing July applicants at the moment and it also seems that people that applied after June have been adjudicated within the 120 day limit, so even if you don't do anything, chances are that you will get your approval within the next couple weeks anyway. But still, better be safe than sorry with USCIS.
