Hey guys I'm hoping to have some input in an immigration attorney in Texas.
My case is DACA EWI.
Married to USC with 1 child.
Would need a hardship waiver.

*I don't have a petition for Advance Parole, I want to see what's my best chance trying out the waiver.

Anyone heard of successful attorneys with difficult cases. Thank you in advance.

Why not just get advance parole to clear your ewi and get legalized from your marriage?

So far I haven't found a reason for AP but I'm working on it. In case I don't get Advance Parole I'm looking for the best chance at the waiver. but carnivore you're not from Texas so no help there.

I think if you have any income limitations you can go through the ymca's free lawyer assistance. are you from houston? if so, there is an office here.

Thank you very much for this I'll look into it. I'm trying to get a consultation. And payment is okay. I'll pay but I like to narrow the best option for counsel. Where in Texas doesn't matter Dallas, San Antonio, Huston I'm traveling next week so I want to get an appointment soon.

Honestly, waivers are very hard to obtain. Your number 1 priority should be using AP to clear EWI in any way you can make sure you don't have a deportation order prior to traveling with AP though. I was going to travel with AP last year but found out I have a deportation order from an immigration court we didn't go to 15 years ago

Sorry to hear that. I understand how this is difficult for you. I really do want AP. But am now afraid to leave the US with this new president. Plus as I mentioned before I need a good reason to leave for AP and right now I have none. This is so upsetting. Part of me wants to file for AP once I know he will let us use our daca. I don't want to leave and not be allowed back in.

There's an automated phone number you call and you input your A-Number. Google it. Should be easy to find.
