help me out with renewal.

so I'm going for my 3rd renewal and I'm trying to find an updated version of i-821d. the one that uscis has on file has an expiration date of 6/30/2016. I've dowloaded the i-765 and i-765ws and those are updated till 2018 so is there no updated version for i-821d? anyone else used that copy of 1-821d even thought it expired on 6/30/16. also g-1145 is the same case but according to the website they accept all previous versions of it

Do you mean 2nd renewal?

I had the same question a couple of days ago. You will be fine as long as you use the most recent form. I used the same form you have just last week.

yea man i meant 2nd just the 3rd filling out the forms, thanks by the way did you still include the 2 passport style face shots in your application?

No problem. I did include the 2 passport photos. I've heard of people being ok without them, but I see no reason to risk it. Just a few bucks at any pharmacy/photo place. Good luck and fast approval.

Did it on my own. I wanted to keep $200-$700 in my pocket. That's how much they charge over here for renewals. The $200 are from "free" clinics. No, thank you!
