Are you trying to sponsor someone financially? As in they do not have enough money to prove they can come here on a Tourist Visa so you have to help them out? Is this what you mean?

It says it doesn't matter what your status is. Even if you have a temporary visa you can claim them.

It does say as long as you are legal. DACA doesnt fall as legal status but rather a lawful status. I think you can sponsor them. Maybe someone else here can have more info on it.

Wouldn't advise it since that can give the impression to the consular officer that your parents have an intent to immigrate

Parents just want to visit my sister and states, they are 58 and are well set financially. They can show properties and documents to support their own visit while applying for a visitor visa, but in an application, it does ask if any relative staying there. So will putting my sister who is under daca, will that make it complicated. My sister is well set with a good job, so just curious what will be a better chance. Thank you.
