I have a Betterment account at 75% stocks 25% bonds. I only keep cash for rent and use my 0% intro APR credit cards for everything. What about you?

Fidelity 401k & IRA, Interactive brokers (stocks & currency, but can do options and futures), just opened a few crypto accounts, and I have a house I'm fixing up.

Yes, currently have a brokerage account with a variety of index funds and ETFs. Really benefiting quite a bit from this Trump rally. They pay impressive dividends too! Index funds and ETFs are a great way to invest passively. Very low fees and expense ratios too.

Could've/should've gotten into bitcoin @ 400....shaking my head now, was waiting on bitcoin etf to launch. Looking at Ethereum and Monero right now.

I am starting to think Ethereum has had its 15 min. Since the failure of Solidcoin, I have been a bit weary about the alt coins. Most seem to simply look to inflate the value to simply trade for BTC. I have been limiting my portfolio to max. of 10% in BTC since buying four years ago.

Haven't done much trading, but definitely looking into it. Thought cannabis stocks in states where it was recently made legal would make nice investments, specifically pharmaceuticals that were interested.

Missed the boat on those on election night....still weary if the feds come in and start slapping them around, especially w/sessions on board.

I'm semi-confident on ethereum because it's being adopted by most of the mayor crypto players. Monero because it's been adopted by the dark web 'businesses' making it's use more ubiquitous

I know what you mean. It is funny how a crackdown on certain goods and services increases another. I think this is why crypto is going up again. BTC seems likely to break its record by many margins. Current currency markets seem in turmoil fueling speculation and a buying frenzy. As a result, all alt-currencies seem to be good investments for the time being.

Yes, I do have investments and I always try to save money for the future and emergency cases. I invest on a properties ( house & lot) , I have savings in banks , health insurance and planning to invest on stocks soon.

Can anyone give a quick rundown of how much you can get out of what you invest?

For example, what would you get if you put $50,000 into something, and then after 5 years you can then withdraw $100,000 maybe? Just an example.

Not looking for details, just an example, to see how lucrative investing can be?
