Now, the USCIS officer advised not to travel after the 20th just incase Trump gets rid of DACA while I'm away but I would only be gone for a day for a few hours for a seminar/workshop..doubt much would change with DACA in 1 day that I won't be able to foresee. For now I'm going to hope and pray nothing is done with DACA after the 20th.

Anything can happen in one day or few hours... just take a look at the end of the Wet foot, Dry foot policy...it ended at a specific hour.
