Shouldn't we still be worried. Even with an EAD?

I understand how tough it is during these rough times, but I see people super stoked up that they have at least a 2 year ead in hand.

But if daca is gone, that ead becomes non existent. If u run into ice somehow, and even if it shows you're safe till 2019 on your ead, they will just check their database, and that's pretty much it.

My ead card is coming in 10 days, yes , I'm thankful, but it's not to say that you're in a much better spot than the person who's waiting for his to be approved is.

If ICE catches you, you're basically a toast. Even with DACA.

Why? DACA give us relieve from deportation. That's the whole purpose of the program.

Can you elaborate which part of signed EO (not leaked that repeals DACA) challenges DACA?

Trump's EO makes deport-able anyone merely suspected of committing some sort of crime. Every undoc falls into that category.

I don't believe seeing it changes anyone's deport-ability. The EO changes the priority of enforcement for "removable aliens".

I think trump just wants all criminal aliens out, even if you have DACA unfortunately. Seems pretty harsh IMO, but I guess its better than kicking out all DACA recipients.
