Loan for mortgage

I know theres already a few other threads on this, but I was wondering if anybody has successfully gotten a loan recently? I'm looking to into purchasing a place, and was wondering where you guys have been able to get loans....

I have a mortgage. There are a lot of resources within major cities about how to get one. I live in a south city in Texas and the company where I got the mortgage from is called 1st preference mortgage. What matters is applying though! Apply everywhere and don't give up.
