Judge allows release of Portland ‘dreamer’

$10,000 bond seems really high doesn't it? I mean I know he was accused of flashing a butterfly knife, but the Judge decided he was not a danger to the community, so why the really high bond?

It does seem high but at least he was released. Dreamers are at least being released after detention

It is important to note that his DACA had expired.
