New Daca App

Hey Everyone,

I know I'm late to the party, however, I used to have an administrative closure which I could renew my work authorization (since 2009) yearly until last Feb it was denied (not sure why). My lawyer thought of reapplying as there was no appeal option, or just applying for DACA, and I rather have 2 years of peace if approved so I chose DACA. I just did my Biometrics today and was wondering if anyone is in the same boat as me so we can all worry together. Or anyone who knows about recent processing time with California Service center with an IOE#.

My application is also pending in the California Service Center. It was received on December 5th and my biometrics appt was in the begging of January (don't remember what day). When you check the California service processing times it states that they are currently working on the apps that were received on October 31st, 2016 however, it has not updated since January ��

auch, that sounds like a long time. is yours a new application too or a renewal?
