fhey received mines on November 17.. I did not get an RFE and nothing same center.. I don't know what's going on

I highly doubt that's the reason. There could be many factors holding up your renewal.

In my case they received my RfE and documents I had to sent April 25th so am still waiting

What are they?

One is a criminal record search from the county Court stating no criminal record found for CHARGERS from 1993 to 2012 I kept a copy since 2012 the second document it's the same from 2017 no criminal record found for CHARGERS and certify by court....... I was arrested for DUI but never CHARGED first and second time I applied for daca never got an RFE and now the Trump is president all of a sudden everything regarding daca is slooooooooow
