Hello,

I want to apply for advanced parole and I'm wondering if I can travel with a misdemeanor charge from when I was 15 back in 2008 I stole some earring (pretty stupid of my part I was an idiot) and was arrested finger prints were taken and a photograph. When I apply for DACA that came up when I did my finger prints and I was ask to send more info so I send the police report and I was granted DACA.

Well, looks like you learned your lesson. Don't do that again. Now I really don't think that whole issue would come up with your AP app because looks like you got forgiven by that when they decided to grant you DACA. DACA makes you fully eligible for AP there's no ifs or buts but don't get in trouble with the law right now. That's my logical thinking anyway. Wait for additional replies.

I think you should be fine. However, i would consult with a lawyer.
