Case Inquiry?

i applied my 3rd renew on first week of march 2017. and currently 98 days.

i would like to do case inquiry.

1. contact uscis by email.
2. contact congressman
3. applied Services Ombudsman

what is the best way to do case inquiry?

You would have to wait after 105 days for the Ombudsman. I believe contacting your congressman should be an absolutely last resort. The only thing you can do is contact USCIS by phone at this point, speak to a Lv 2 officer to see what is the delay.
