Fellow dreamers from Illinois whose parents might have an Illinois TVDL.

Has anyone known of anyone getting pulled over while driving with an Illinois TVDL in a neighboring state such as Indiana or Michigan.

I have looked for information online but there is no concrete answer as to whether the TVDL would cover someone in other states.

This is an interesting topic.

My cousin once got pulled over for a busted tail light in indiana with a Illinois TVDL, and the cop didn't do anything except let him off with a warning.

Good to know. I would still like to find an official answer though. My parents always want to visit me but I always tell them not to because I am weary of Indiana police or Michigan for that matter. They are good drivers, no criminal history but, highways are unpredictable and sometimes people might be caught in accidents etc..which might lead to contact with law enforcement.
