Sincere question.

It could be for any number of reasons. USCIS has proof of immigration status as well as applications and evidence filed. One may assume it is for a benefit for the OP.

Fair question.

My grandmother petition my mother like 20 years ago. I think she got her petition approved but she was not able to follow trough for lack of money and other reasons. My grandmother and my mother passed away but there is a thing called Relief for surviving relatives . Where i can continue the process if you meet some requirements. So i want to get my mother USCIS file to see exactly what they file for.
