"DHS' Kelly told lawmakers DACA will likely fall under a court challenge based on his conversations with legal experts"

"Kelly also told Hispanic Caucus just now that DACA isn't legal, though he supports its goals, according to @JoaquinCastrotx"

"At last, Kelly said he personally supports DACA, but he would not commit to the Administration defending it in court"

This is do or die my people. Either we get legalized or we are fucked.

Let's hope the BRIDGE ACT is attached to the spending bill just to at least buy us some time to find something more permanent.

Why are people still talking about Bridge Act?

It just pushes the problem further.

We need permanent solution.

We need RACA. NOW.

Hoping for a miracle but If they're gonna end it, I hope at least phase it out and let people expire, otherwise it'd be chaotic.

I wanta RACA but If they do Bridge Act, at least extend it to 5 years instead of 3

Beggars cant be choosers. Just be happy if something gets done for us... otherwise we will go back to being fully illegals. Nobody owes us anything.

Permanent solution sounds nice. But reality is that we have a dysfunctional congress and Trump's presidency is being dominated with Russian accusations in addition to the Healthcare debate. There's is very little chance for a permanent solution before Sept. 5. So either we get at least another bandaid for now or we simply get nothing.
