Let's remember if a new AG is needed, he or she still needs to be confirmed by the Senate.

It willl be up to deputy attorney general who at that time will be the acting attorney general Rod Rosenstein to make a decision on to defend it or let the courts make a decision on their own. From my understanding he is a Jeff Sessions lite.

The single person possibly worse for DACA than Sessions is lyin' Ted. Let's hope he gets nowhere near the AG position.
