President Trump will join Republican Sens. David Perdue of Georgia and Tom Cotton of Arkansas at the White House Wednesday to unveil legislation that proposes a skills-based immigration system and seeks an overall lower level of legal immigration, two sources have confirmed to the Washington Examiner.

Would this need 60 votes or 51 to pass in the senate?

Why do you think that would be with it?

Immigrants and their offspring are a reliable democratic base... good luck getting this to pass and I believe it shouldn't. A less white electorate is better for us.

That was kinda racist statement, don't you kinda think? There are many Caucasian people that support the DREAM Act and are pro immigration reform vice versa. There also White DREAMers and immigrants as well, in fact, just recently an Irishman was deported from Boston.
