Does the lawsuit of September 5th affect just those 9 states? I live in Cali. But I read someone post saying that they're plan would be to move to cali..

first, the lawsuit hasn't been filed yet, we don't know what it'll say. A lawsuit against DACA by Mississippi a few years ago was thrown out by the fifth circuit due to lack of standing, so if these AGs do file a new one, they need to have a stronger argument

second, before trump admin, there was actually a challenge to the dapa lawsuit that said it should only apply to the states that sued, but i think because Trump cancelled DAPA anyways, that challenge wasn't debated/heard. So that's another option too, no one knows for sure

It depends on how the the lawsuit is pursued and how the judge rules. What most have been saying is simply speculation at this point until an ACTUAL lawsuit has been brought...everything is up in the air.
