Rescission of the June 15, 2012 DACA Memorandum

Summary:
- Any new DACA apps that have been already sent will still be processed.
- New applications will not be accepted beyond September 5th.
- Renewals that have already been sent will still be processed.
- Anyone expiring between Oct 2017 and Mar 5, 2018 can apply for extension
- Will not approve new advance parole requests
- Will close all pending advanced parole requests, and refund money
- anyone granted advanced parole *should* be able to still keep it and use it. but it's under discretion of DHS

I expected some question or answer, or some more details on what it means for us. But fortunately DHS has this memo.
