(CNN) President Donald Trump insisted Wednesday that there are "no mixed signals at all" coming from the White House when it comes to working toward a legislative solution to provide immigration protections for young undocumented immigrants living in the US.

"Congress, I really believe, wants to take care of the situation. Even very conservative members of Congress, I've seen it firsthand. If they don't, we're going to see what we're going to do. But I can tell you I really believe Congress wants to take care of it," he told reporters on Air Force One during a flight to Bismarck, North Dakota, to rally for tax reform.

What the fuck does this mean?

"we're going to see what we're going to do."

Trump said Democratic leaders Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer and “even very conservative members of Congress” want to take care of so-called Dreamers.

“Chuck and Nancy would like to see something happen, and so do I,” the president said. “And I said if we can get something to happen, we’re going to sign it and we’re going to make a lot of happy people.”

Asked what he meant about revisiting the issue in six months, Trump said: “We’re going to see what happens. I want to see what happens in Congress.”

“I have a feeling that’s not going to be necessary,” he added. “I think they’re going to make a deal. I think Congress really wants to do this.”

And when pressed about whether a pathway to citizenship for those undocumented immigrants is an option, Trump demurred.

“That’s going to be discussed later, but we want to talk about legal right now,” he said. “We haven’t discussed that."

“I’d like to see something where we have good border security, and we have a great DACA transaction where everybody is happy and now they don’t have to worry about it anymore,” Trump said. “I’d like to see a permanent deal, and I think it’s going to happen. I think we’re going to have great support from both sides of Congress, and I really believe that Congress is going to work very hard on the DACA agreement and come up with something.”

It means English grammar and sentence structure is optional.

Actually the best words out of his mouth in a while. It could mean that he has reached some understanding with Dem congressional leaders and is willing to drop the whole Wall none-sense.

I think if you read in between the lines, it is more along the lines is what is acceptable in his version of the "Art of the Deal".

My concern is that, well, even if something like TRACA emerges after congress fails...

What will happen with the people who expire March 6th? Do they lose their status, job?

Let's assume that something like Bridge Act passes on March 5th, at Midnight. Something tells me that many people would lose their jobs, based on the fact that it takes 3 months at least for USCIS to process applications. Also, by discontinuing application processing, assuming they approve something is going to create huge backlogs as we have seen in the past.

You see, that which you state is intelligent reasoning. Something alien to congress and the orange man.
