The amount of backlash and support I'm seeing is truly amazing.

Wouldn't they still be valid until they expire? Someone explain why they would need to re-verify? Would our permits no longer pass e-verify if you try getting a new job?

If they (theoretically) chose to cancel all EADs come March, the employers, as per law, should re-verify if you're still allowed to work under C-33, or any other category to make sure they're only employing people with authorization.
What this pdf tells (suggests) me is that if your expiration is after the March cutoff, they're not allowed to touch (F with) you before your official EAD expiration date. No matter what. At least in Cali

Isn't the DACA be valid until it expires? all DACA and EAD will be invalid after 3/5/18 even if your expiration date for example 11/8/18?

I am confused

No. March 5 2018 is when DACA will begin to be pashed out. Your DACA will end when your EAD expires. Meaning those who expire on March 6 will be the first to lose their protection and EAD.

Are all employers automatically notified of EAD expirations? Or does it just become don't ask don't tell in CA?

I think it's up to the HR department to keep track of EADs expiration.
