Man, get a lawyer and get your petition done right. It's not time to be stingy.

I'm in the same predicament. My fiance and I are planning to get married soon. We've been together for more than 2 years. I was thinking of doing the paperwork myself but because of DACA being rescinded I don't know anymore. I might hire a lawyer instead.

Visit the uscis website, it will tell you the forms you need for getting a green card through family. I-130 and I-485 are a must! Go get your passport from your country's consulate office, hopefully you still have your i94

For god's sake man/ woman. THIS IS YOUR LIFE! If you would have applied in January, you would be walking around with a green card right now and home free. If this was a straight forward case, you could do it yourself but don't fuck it up and be one of those people in the paper who get arrested with DACA because they messed some little thing up. GET A LAWYER ASAP.

What's wrong with you?! Get a lawyer, let him dig around and see how he can prove you entered legally and get out of this nightmare.
