This is going to be a wild ride ....
http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/st...rticle/2634456

The House GOP's staunchest opponent of illegal immigration said President Trump is now at risk of losing his base of supporters after supposedly cutting a deal to legalize more than 800,000 young people who arrived in the United States illegally as children.

they'd be stupid to do that.
this is where a lot of the alt-right's ignorance and stupidity shows.
they want people that can assimilate, but not us because we have to do it the legal way.
they want overall less immigration and praise the RAISE act, but at the same time screw trump because he's legalizing people that are already assimilated and american.
so they want LESS immigration, but they don't want us, even though legalizing US would pave a path for less overall immigration in the future.

We shall see... his base seems to behave like a cult, so they might just go along with this

The only way for his base to be okay with legalizing us is if RAISE ACT is passed along with Wall funding. Anything less and they will cry AMNESTY.

Trump base will not drop him over anything. If anything I have seen them supportive of Trump actually fixing this issue once and for all.

Trump is doing something 90% of Americans agree on. smart of him to do this. this isn't about us, it's about him wanting a win. you guys do realize this would be the 1st legislative win under this administration right?

Honestly, Trumps base are some of the most ignorant group of people. Half of them think people on the DACA program can walk into an immigration office and get lagalized

Half the tweets from trumpies are “if they’ve been here since they were children why haven’t they applied to be legal yet”. His base is so stupid and uneducated.
