With much possibility of us getting a GC or a pathway to citizenship, what would be the cost of this process? I don't think there's many situation similar to this if it happens but it will be nice to have an estimate so we can start saving. Financial burden should be the least of our concern with such an opportunity. Also, I'm not on the lounge area much so I'm not sure if this has been brought up so please let me know if it has.

GC is around 1200 and naturalization is around 725
So around 3000 or 4000 if you do all the process with an attorney and around 2000 by yourself

GC is currently 1760 and Naturalization 640. So around 2400!

With a lawyer possibly close to 6000-7000 actually.

Not true for GC, 535 is for i130 which you need to file when petitioning.

For GC it'll cost 1140 (i485 fee)+ 85 (biometrics fee) + shipping fee + printing fee + miscellaneous costs; and that is only if Dream Act won't have any penalty fees or other application + fee. Also not sure DACA would have to get the i693 done which will add couple hundred bucks.

For naturalization (n400), 640 (n400 fee) + (85 biometrics fee) + miscellaneous costs

With lawyer it'll be around total of 3000-4000 for GC and 1000-2000 for naturalization.

this is correct. I am going down this road and have just paid the Gc with petitions and all the fees associated. 640 will be no big deal after paying for the bigger chunk already. Good luck with your journey.

Not true. He's not asking for a sponsored petition to get GC but a way for DACA to get GC after an immigration reform.

To be fair, no one knows how much it will cost. However OP asked for an estimate in order to start putting money away. The current USCIS filing fee for AOS is the $1,760 that Ianus stated. It could be more if they decide to raise their fees.

At this point, they can ask for the amount and I would pay it. So exhausted with not knowing what tomorrow looks like.
I know not all dreamers can afford thousands of dollars, but it that makes Republicans give us GC and eventually citizenship, name your price and tell me where to sign!
