How do companies know how many of their employees have DACA? I never told my employer I have DACA. Only gave them EAD.

They can check the c33 code if they are being nosy in HR. Sometimes they know because people tell them they have travel restrictions etc.

My company scans my EAD and saves a copy. C33 code on our EAD means DACA.

Instead they fired me last year for not having my EAD on time. lol no hard feelings

The thing is they can't do anything about that. I had to be taken down from payroll for 2 weeks and my company support DACA. I am the only one in my company with it and they are trying to help me out, but yeah sadly nothing they can do on their end but appreciate the effort.
