Dreamers,

I would like to share with you a sample of the withdraw letter I will be sending out. She signed it today. I will mail it soon.

To whom it may concern,

This is a letter to notify USCIS of withdrawal of the above cases for the petition of BEEHIVE . After entering the marriage in good faith, I have decided to withdraw the above-referenced petition. We are currently working with a marriage counselor to better our marriage, we will re-apply once we are in better standings.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at PHONE NUMBER.

The I-130 pertains only to her, but the I-485 pertains to you since it is your registration for AOS. I would suggest signing the letter as well.

Man that is rough. I would have pretending to be happy and put with the nagging and more for a year or two and be set for the rest of my life.

But like someone said, its your life. Do what makes you happy. Just hope you know what you are doing.
