I dont think we covered the fact this bill is going to be considered in the senate so just putting it out there.

Maybe not worth our time, and we all disagree with it but just to put it out there.

House Dream Act has 4% chance.

its that low because they wont even consider it or bring it to the floor.

The dream act has more bipartisan support but the good thing is that the negotiations are moving. The republicans already made two offers but Durbin wants the dream act. The democrats have the leverage here so we just have to negotiate a better deal.

This was already mentioned in the Flake bill thread that both bills were fast tracked to senate floor.
