Soooo, what are you guys planning if DA or a DACA Solution Doesnt Get Passed in Dec. Im considering pursuing canada either express entry or start up visa.

Anyone tried or considered business start up visa route?

I think we will at least get Bridge act or in the worst-case scenario, extension of DACA termination. No one is expiring(except for those who didn't renew on time) just yet. I'd wait till March.

Wait until march...

My spouse is a USC, so our backup plan is to wait for our i-130 application to get approved. DA would be ideal, though. I'd rather avoid the hassle and expensive process of the 601a application.

Nothing. I plan on doing the same exact shit that I've been doing lol. My EAD expires in Oct. I don't think it will expire because Trump is going to extend worse comes to worse.
