It’s looking like the answer is no. That’s one of the reasons they keep pushing for an extension

I'm also afraid of this, is this really possible? (not counting the senate) just in the house or the freedom caucus will fall inline after giving the Kochs their tax money?

Yeah, but we have seen what they can do when they want something, like the tax bill for example. If they truly wanna fuck us over, they will now have time to come together. That's what I'm afraid of.

Punting spending bill to 2018 has nothing to do with passing DA. If democrats really stood for what they say they believed in (standing up for dreamers) then simply shut it down and make things happen. Yes democrats dont have much power but they can use whatever leverage they have to get things done.
