Trump is a smart cookie. He didn't say they will be paying "upfront cash" lol. He does have a point though. Maybe down the road they can get Mexico through trade and shit like that. There's no way we are allowing for the FULL funding of that Wall. And I bet you even they don't expect this. They are just being aggressive on this to keep their base interested. It is evident. But I am worried about that Stephen Miller prick and his poison pill.
