Not sure. I filled out the application and they ask for income but they say that it doesn't affect eligibility. It might be the date your EAD expires. Got_DACA expires 5/2019 though, so I'm not sure. Maybe since this is an emergency, they will approve whoever applies.

Only criteria is that you must have valid daca and expiring in the future
